The illustrious illustrated history of kickball necessarily begins with William "Coach Bill" Mooha. A true visionary, Coach Bill took an Eastern European peasants' pastime and turned it into a worldwide sporting phenomenon. Born in Poland, Coach Bill grew up playing an early form of kickball on the mean streets of postwar Warsaw. Back then, kickball was a much different, far more brutal game. Marred by violence (clotheslining baserunners was no big deal) and presided over by a vicious cartel of corrupt Polish druglords, kickball belonged exclusively to the underworld. Coach Bill changed all that. He stormed onto the kickball scene like a raging bull of virtue, and his killer combination of gametime heroics and charismatic diplomacy soon brought the sport to an international stage. While a tragic toe injury ended his playing career at the tender age of 33, Coach Bill continued to work tirelessly behind the scenes, and was eventually successful in laying the groundwork for the first consolidated international kickball league - Major League Kickball. Coach Bill himself founded the first team - the Kitshickers, based in sunny San Diego. Thus your favorite professional sport was born and now Brevard Kickball is here to bring the sport to you.
